NavyArmy Community Credit Union, which caters to more than 215,000 members in South Texas and the Rio Grande Valley, has recently rebranded as Rally Credit Union. In 2013, the organization launched a range of digital tools and resources for its members. As part of this initiative, I undertook a redesign of their website and developed a comprehensive multi-platform campaign focused on promoting digital literacy regarding the new tools. This campaign featured Tellie, an engaging and whimsical robot ATM that introduced the new digital offerings in a friendly and entertaining manner.
